I just recently moved here. This is a great family gated community. Has so much to offer. My son who is 8 is able to go behind our house and fish in the catch and release pond. Besides the roads with pot holes this is a great community. The bus for quitman school stops right in front of our house and drops him off in front as well. We have made new friends from different roads.

Plenty of ponds to fish with the kids as well as lake access and a dock to enjoy. Area is quiet, family orientated and my nephew enjoyed the play ground while the guys fished their hearts out. Nice catch and release ponds with bass and bream. Caught a 3.5# and a nice 2# large mouth in the pond by the club house as well as a bunch of bream. Over all enjoyed our stay

My parents live here and they absolutely love it! Great little retirement/summer vacation/weekender spot! Dad loves being with in walking distance to the boat ramp. Mom loves it for all the little activities that is held monthly.

Just bought a home at Holiday Villages and couldnt be happier. Everyone is so nice and friendly.Our first encounter was with Buck he is a general maintenance man that has been a tremendous help and a great person.The clubhouse has a cafe that serves breakfast,lunch,and dinner. Also their is a small play ground with putt putt golf course and a large covered pavilion with BBQ pits......Enjoying my new life on lake fork with good people.........👍👍👍

Holiday Villages of Lake Fork is a nice place. For a place to become beautiful you have to have amazing roads and streets. It seems as if as soon as you pull into the place going straight almost to the top of the hill that road is okay but for the rest of them if you dont have a Jeep or truck be expected to spend money on car repairs.

There are people here who keep their places looking like Sanford and Sons junkyard, and I have seen no sign of anything being done about it, even though they say they are doing something about it. The management needs to do their job and enforce the regulations on every single individual.

We have been coming to Holiday Village for many years off and on. We finally got to come live here permanently. My husband and I both retired. we moved in last year, so far I have met many nice folks. I have joined the womens entertainment group. I hear a lot of people complain about the folks who own Holiday Village, but I think they contribute more than anyone to our community. They pay for some of the road work done out here BC some ppl dont pay their dues so someone has to pick up the slack on that.And if some reason do look like junk its BC the ppl in charge of the POA do not enforce the rules to make them clean it up. I love the nature out here and we plan to stay until the good Lord says we cant. WE own several lots we are not young folks but we do keep up our lots and home.I think if more of the ppl who live out here would take a little pride in their community it would really be awesome.

Nice cabin unit. Great A/C and tub/shower. Good kitchen area. Bed was a little squeaky. Less than 5 minutes from the lake.

This is an amazing community!! We were welcomed with open arms here this weekend. My fiance and I were invited here for a fishing tournament and we will DEFINITELY come back again. Thanks yall!!

The condos are great and I like the pool but... The condos need WiFi. Thats my only complaint. Theres not much to do here other than go swimming so WiFi would be great!

I lived here for about 2 yrs. Its a beautiful place to live with alot of trees and country rds not really and traffic. But the people around here are not friendly and they are crazy

My 2nd home have 2 lots and a boat there very friendly and quiet environment gated swimming pool clubhouse basic putt putt basketball courts community boat ramps just loads of fun and relaxing

A good community of people. A nice clubhouse with daily breakfast and a weekly dinner special. Basketball court, mini golf, pool, two boat ramps, dock at lake for fishing, and several ponds.

It is a very quiet community. It has a restaurant and a family recreation center. The people who live there are very friendly and nice. They have come from many parts of the country because it is a very nice and quiet place to live. This community has gone through many changes due to the adversities we have all gone through. But its maintenance has not detracted at all. Now they have renovated the childrens play area and have put more care into maintaining our streets. In addition to the many activities they organize in the Club House.
