Providing an update. After an issue with the smart faucet that comes as a feature in the kitchen, Tri Pointes team seems to have successfully and sustainably resolved the issue. Initially the faucet didnt work, and it took several attempts to get it to work normally. I really enjoy all of the other smart features in the home and find them a nice value add. Updating my general review to reflect my overall feeling of being very satisfied after being in the home for 6 months.

Exceeded beyond my expectations with design. I think the thing that impressed me was the customer service. I feel at at home here and cannot recommend them enough
