Love the house, Meritage Homes warranty dept is awesome, If you make a claim, I got a called that day and scheduled service and all have been completed within a week. Love the quality of the home!!Brad our salesman was awesome! answered all of our calls even past work hours and went above and beyond. Jeremy our contractor got everything we wanted fixe prior to move in and signing.
