Awesome group to work with! As a Realtor, I have worked with several investors and I have to say, Gulf State is definitely top notch! The ladies in the office doing an amazing job! They do such a great job on their homes too! The ladies in the office are rockstars! They have excellent customer service and are always available. I also really like that they are accredited by the BBB. If you need to get out of your home fast, they will make you a fair offer...as-is. Easy to do business with!

We dealt with Camila with the sale of our moms house after she passed away. Camila was gracious, knowledgeable, accessible to answer questions and concerns. She was also very sensitive to the fact that this had been our moms home and there were emotions involved. Due to medical issues it was best to sell my house. It was in overall good shape but needed some things handled. I could either take out a loan and try to get top dollar or I could take a fair offer and move on. They were quick to respond and they handled everything. Transferred the money directly to my account almost instantly.The few extra bucks I might have made was easily dismissed by the ease of selling to Gulf State Homebuyers. My dad had an accident in his attic with the AC and it flooded one of the bedrooms. I knew Dwayne through church and baseball so we contacted him and he came out and looked at the home and made my dad an offer. The process has been smooth and no problems whatsoever. We needed some time to move out my dads personal belongings and Gulf State was very accommodating. They even offered to help move out if it was necessary! I highly recommend Gulf State Homebuyers!
