Revised review. The builder did reach out to me to help correct this problem. In todays world mistakes can happen. I know that I was at fault originally. It is nice to see the builder reach out and correct my problem. Like I said the unit is beautiful and the design team was amazing. Amy the designer helped us design our home with great care and insight. I cant wait to move in. I know that one little thing bothered me when it shouldnt have. I understand how many buyers can be a pain. I was not trying to be one of those buyers.Purchased a townhome preconstruction. Worked with the design staff on upgrades and options. The designer was amazing. Myself and the designer forgot to add a light switch above the bed for the added fixtures. Building manager refused to add additional switch. I noticed the error prior to any of the electrical being installed. I agreed to pay for the cost of adding the switch. Now I am going to have to tear apart the wall to add the switch after taking possession of the home. I understand builders are reluctant to make changes after design approval. This was a simple error that could have been easily rectified. Why would a builder want to create such ill will on a $400,000 purchase over a $200 switch.

I must say it has been a true blessing working with Matthew and Josuah so far at the Belleza in Mira Logos. Matthew graced me with such warmth and genuineness alone with being very knowledgeable of all products and services; also showed much patience with my very active 3 yr old grandson. Also Josuah has made me feel very comfortable and confident in making the right business choice for myself and the future of my welfare to come; both are a great asset to this company and so happy I have made this choice!
