Empire has been great to work with during the build and closing process. Enrique and Xochitl were communicative and addressed our questions and concerns in a timely manner. The build took longer than expected but primarily because of city approvals and the HOA. We had a terrible experience with another builder in the area so we were very thorough when inspecting our home with Empire. Enrique answered all of our questions and made sure any issues were taken care of before we moved in. We didn’t have to follow up with him on any requests which was shocking as the builder of our previous home took three years to address some of our warranty items. We’ve been in our Empire home for a couple of months without any major issues!

Empire and more specifically Bob was exceptional to work with. He was attentive, informative and most importantly patience with regards to all questions and concerns that I presented. He went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Even though I chose to go an alternative route I would definitely recommend looking into Empire in the future and will do so myself.
