You are in good hands with Gem Homes! Wonderful company I have known them going on two years, they have wow’d me with how caring they are and overall such a great company. If your looking to sell or buy the process is simple. They buy your house “as is” so you don’t have to pay for any repairs. They are “cash buyers” so you won’t have to worry about approved financing. You definitely save time and expense of wanting to sell your home. The biggest plus about this company is you save money by eliminating the typical 6 % in real estate commission. I love a great company willing to help others succeed in either buying or selling. This is definitely the one to help you, you won’t be disappointed!

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with the team at Gem Homes! First let me talk about some of the thoughts I had leading up to me doing business with Gem Homes. Words like reluctance, hesitance, trepidation, doubt, uncertainty and apprehensive to name a few was how I felt in the beginning. My situation was difficult from the start for both parties due to my living outside the Lubbock area. I had read and heard about the type of realty service provided by Gem Homes over a year ago, but hesitated to look into the services they offered. Being a owner of two homes and living in a different city then where one of the homes is located lead me to try leasing my vacant property. After a year I started feeling as if I was neglecting my property by not being able to dedicate the time to my income property. then one day out of the blue I received a phone call from Jennifer, inquiring about if I would be interested in selling my home? I guess I must have been giving some thought to selling, but realized what would be required of me as far as dedicating time and recourses to carry out that task. I guess you can say the timing was right! I was then put Intouch with Brock who explained the process of them purchasing my home in the non traditional way offered by Gem Homes. I was given plenty of time to consider whether I wanted to proceed, and this is when all the above mentioned thoughts started flowing through my mind. After much prayer for guidance I called Brock back and told him I was ready to start the process. He explained the details and told me I would be receiving a call from Parker, who evaluates the property and assess if they meet their standards for purchasing. Of course the feelings of doubt, uncertainty, and reluctance remained, but after talking with Parker I can say he calmed my fears and inspired me to have faith in the process and we both agreed that our meeting at this particular moment was a blessing from God by putting good people in our lives during times of need! So we moved forward and then had the pleasure of meeting Dedra who carried me through the end of my process with such efficiency and professionalism. Completely putting my mind at ease knowing that they had my best interest in mind when it came to the negotiation of the purchase price and not trying to take advantage of me. So after saying all that I must say with all the obstacles of my being absent and never having the pleasure of meeting each of these wonderful individuals in person we were able to work out a deal which worked out for both parties, and Im more then satisfied! The process was smooth, timely and handled with the utmost professionalism by all the Gem Home representatives. My only regret is that I didnt have the ability to shake the hands of all those involved, and thank them in person. God bless you all!
