The quality of construction and service that they deliver is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company for any condo remodel. They shine in the high-end arena as Jeffrey and his team are very attentive to details and will actually figure anything out, no matter how sophisticated the details & requests are. There’s good brains behind the craftsmanship.

During our search to find a high rise condo, we fortunately met Fratelli Designs while looking at units. Although we did not buy the unit they had listed, we immediately knew we wanted to hire them given their immaculate workmanship and great design to remodel the condo we purchased. We 1000% made the right decision.Working with Mike and Jeff was fantastic. They not only came to the table with great ideas, but also kept us grounded with changes making sure that we didn’t pay to redo items that wouldn’t add to the resale value. They were extremely reliable, fair and easy to work with. The whole process was smooth and the communication was excellent! Almost every visitor that comes into the condo comments on how beautiful the design is and how well it is constructed. Should we decide to do another remodel down the road, we will hire them again!

I engaged Fratelli to overhaul my dated condo. They redid the bathrooms and kitchen down to the studs and replaced the flooring. I appreciated their judgment on design issues that came up. The finished product exceeded my expectations and it was at a lower cost than other bids. They communicated well and the project was finished on time.
