So happy for my three clients who are building their dream homes. The most beautiful homes in DFW location with huge lots and great location. Very good schools. The most booming area with lots of facilities and huge development.

The service we received from Sarah, Amber and Colby was phenomenal. They all stayed well after they were closed to help us design our dream home. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and genuine empathetic attitude throughout the entire design process.There is a quote by the late Maya Angelou that says “people will forget what you say, they will forget what you do but they will never forget how you made them feel”. The feelings that my wife and I are left with are feelings of joy and gratitude to give our business to such amazing people and company. We will never forget that. Thank you.

We have been in love with First Texas homes since 2014. So when my husband retired from the Armed forces we were excited to finally arrive in Texas and see the homes in person. That is how we met Sarah Warner and her amazing team in 2017. They have been nothing but amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions no matter the question. They have always treated us like we were family and still do after we closed on our home. We love our home and couldnt be happier. We built our home in early 2018 with First Texas in Llano Springs and we are so glad that we did! First Texas was incredibly accommodating with all of our wants and needs. They made the process so easy and fun, just like building a new home is supposed to be! Sarah and Amber were like realtors and interior decorators all in one! The helped us with everything. Also the builder, Todd, was awesome. He kept us up to date with our progress and gave us peace of mind all along the way. Thank You so much First Texas you made our dream home a reality!
