    We love living here since 2006 and absolutely love it. Great community and terrific schools. We started out at Kaufman and moved over by Birnham Woods Elementary. The amenities are great and we use them often. Cant wait for the new YMCA to open. Not to mention the new grocery stores everywhere. Really offers a lot of variety and better prices. All of the stores are so close they will almost always price match to get your business. You just need to ask.Well likely stay in the Falls for a while.

    Residential area about 1 hour north of Houston Texas. Nice neighborhoods and a nice area with New roads. Near i-45 and highway 99 toll road and the Woodlands Texas. Some sidewalks and small ponds or lakes and people out walking around on the weekend. It appears to be a safe neighborhood. The road going into and out of the area to the nearest freeway can take a little while in rush hour traffic. Definitely worth a look if youre looking for a place and youre willing to live an hour north of Houston. I do not know if its flooded but I would check that out first before buying there. There are some shopping areas nearby and of course you have the Woodlands Mall and Woodlands market Street to shop at within about 30 minutes. If you like my reviews please leave a thumbs-up.     Love living in the Falls at Imperial Oaks. Fabulous amenities. Enjoy walking on the trails and meditating by Lake Holcomb. Convenient location. Top rated schools

    My dad lives here. I love this area. Houses are nice. People are very friendly. Maybe one day I will buy a house here.
