I had the pleasure of working with Zenia. After listening to all of my needs and wants, we decided to buy over at Fox Falls. Zenia was amazing to work with. We went over several floor plans and from start to finish, she was very knowledgeable and communicative at all times. If I had a question, I had a response back right away and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend her for all of your Meritage home buying needs!

Meritage homes are beautifully designed. They really help to find the home that is perfect for you. Zenia was the representative that helped us and she spent a large portion of her day showing us different models and floor plans. She was super helpful and didnt mind taking the extra time to show us numerous houses and answer all our questions. If you are looking for something in this neighborhood stop by their office and ask for Zenia she will take good care of you.

Closed this week thanks to Zenia our sales rep and Damian our construction foreman. Both pay attention to detail, held our hands every step of the way, if they didn’t have an answer, found it same day! Zenia communicated with us weekly and daily near the end… (even on her days off). She made the process seamless and Damian made sure all the finishing details were in place to purchase a perfect home. Thank you to Meritage for employing great people, providing expert attentive specialists to make the purchase of our home so simple and carefree. What a breath of fresh air.

I believe Meritage is doing a great job of helping build a community at Estancia Ranch. Ive been in my home for a couple of months now, and I am just as pleased with the sales/construction team today as I was when I first walked through the door and explained what I was hoping to find. Everyone has been very responsive from day one and focused on making sure I was getting a home that would make me happy.The neighbors I have met have been very friendly, were zoned to great schools, and the amenities center appears to be shaping up to be a fun gathering spot. I definitely feel like I made a good choice and look forward to watching the community grow.

We closed about 10 days ago and have had a great experience. Zenia has been very helpful through the entire process and followed up weekly through our closing date with details and updates. Damian our construction manager has also been very thorough and has made sure our questions and minor concerns were addressed in a timely manner. If you are looking for a home in the area, be sure to stop by the office and ask for Zenia!
