Great Community! Very family oriented and close proximity to a lot of upcoming shopping/food experiences! They have a lot of different home builders here that fit a lot of different budget price points! Also tons of different amenities and activities that are planned out for everyone!

Great place to hang out and have a snack or meal. Mrs. Patty is very sweet. She always goes out of her way to make sure everyone that comes in feels like they are home. The food is wonderful and made from scratch everyday. They have the inside dinning as well as an outside patio with large fireplace and outdoor TV. Always a great time had every time we go.

Plenty of room for kids to play and the swimming pool is really spacious and fun. The welcome center will soon have the cafe open after the long covid-19 lockdown, and will be a very nice place for people and friends to hang out in and enjoy their time.

Ruth was very informative and excited to talk about all the new things coming to Elyson. There is a lovely little play corner that my 19 month old son absolutely loved while I got the tour. There is a free gift and lots of info (brochure and folder) about the community to take home. Very clean, free water, loved it!

We moved here in 2018 for the schools (we love the elementary that opened this year) and quality of the neighborhood and have never regretted the decision. Ive never been a suburb person before, but Elyson has done everything right. A good number of parks and spaces for the kids to play, events to bring the community together (even during COVID), and an overall image that shows residents and visitors that we all take pride in our neighborhood. As an added bonus, with Grand Parkway at our doorstep (and I-10 and 290 both only several miles away), there are few places in the Houston area that arent prohibitively far.

The ladies at the welcome center are extremely knowledgeable and go into great detail and do such a great job at telling the clients about the community and it’s amenities.
