Lot of homes are alley parking in phase 2 . Phase area is awesome with amazing amenity and children center . Near to prime in five area .

The playground at this amenity center is great. The tower with the slides is great play set for all ages. When the community first was going back in 2018, there were so many activities and events that VCM Inc. organized. Sadly because of the community getting older (and COVID) , there arent that many cool events. The pool is mediocre but its good for the average population. Overall really great place for the family and kids.

Great community with very good home builders. Close to everything.... tollway, schools, shopping. If your looking in the higher price range im Frisco, you need to look here and at the model homes.
