The community is in the beginning stages, but it is going to be wonderful with many great amenities. My clients liked it so much that they are under contract for their very first house!

Great neighborhood, perfect for living or investing. The regions growth potential is enormous. There are already several projects in planning around it, some already under construction. If you are serious about purchasing a house in this neighborhood, do not negotiate with Trophy, but with Meritage.I bought a house with Trophy, the negotiation of the house was great, everything was OK and with great agility and professionalism. However, when I needed support from the warranty team, it was a disaster. They are not willing to adjust any problems. And the worst part, during the construction period, construction waste was left on the land next door, and this is causing a lot of problems for me.I keep generating tickets for people to fix the houses problems, but currently I dont have quick answers.
