Our sales representative at Eagles Bluff, Ryan Fitzhugh, did an exceptional job in helping us obtain a beautiful parcel of land that is exactly what we were looking for. Ryan guided us through the purchasing process and helped us to find the right builder. He has stayed engaged with us since our purchase in making sure that we have everything that we need. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable land purchase experience.

Eagles Bluff is a little slice of Texas ranch heaven, just outside of the metromess. This smartly planned and designed large lot community is located just a handful of miles off I-20 in Weatherford (and all the shopping and dining it provides) but it feels like miles away from everything. The community meanders through historic ranch land with large elevation changes, amazing views and beautiful nature throughout the community. National Land Partners are great to work with, especially Ryan Fitzhugh. Ryan makes himself available for convenient appointment times, any questions and to assist with any part of the process. My wife and I were so happy to have found Eagles Bluff.

Re: for Ryan Fitzhugh of Eagles BluffWe have ample experience buying properties; we bought in Tampa Fl, Orlando Fl, Lancaster CA, Ft Worth TX and San Diego CA. Ryan Fitzhugh is a true professional. He understands our needs and wants, and the underlying urgency of the times. Yet there was no sense of panic or fire sale in his demeanor. Buying property is a big decision that can have good and bad consequences which must be approached with eyes wide open. He did sell the sizzle but did not gloss over the negatives. For example, raw land may appear to be a bargain, but it has to be cleared, leveled and developed in order to be useful. It all depends on what our expectations are. He treated us as informed consumers and we appreciated his professionalism.
