    We just moved in to our new house in Marie Village, and we are so happy! We were just about to give up looking when I found ASGi Homes. The process was great and everyone wants to help and support you!! Billie was our sales consultant and he was very patient an helpful for my Type A self ! But the whole team works as a team; Artem, James, Megan, and everyone else are so very kind and understanding!Our house was completed pretty much on time with the timeline they gave us when we selected our plot. I was stressing about delays and normal things that happen with new construction, but, even though things were done very efficiently, everything is quality work and I am not afraid of any of our stuff breaking down.Things I looked at reviews for that I now have my own answers for:1) We received full sod, front and back (and advice on how to keep the grass alive in Texas lol)2) The paint on the interior walls is not waterproof; they definitely tell you this and you also get a free can of paint in the exact color for any touch ups.3) The inspector they use is very thorough. They give you the option to use your own and we did, but if you’re wanting to save some money, I don’t think it’s necessary4) We received an estimated closing at the beginning of construction. I expected delays since building is not predictable - they only moved from that original date twice, and it only moved back a week!5) Marie Village itself is great. A very family-oriented neighborhood, it’s quiet, and just enough out of the city that there’s lots of stars at night - but you can still get to both 45 and 59 in about 25 minsI really cannot recommend this builder enough, we’ve been telling everyone to move into our neighborhood! If you do, come and see us! 🎊PS - they also have an app/website so you can see the schedule and progress pictures!!!! I’ve uploaded some here

    Working with Jessica was a complete dream. She was very responsive and really listened to our needs. When our home took longer than expected to build (Not ASGI’s fault), they were super accommodating to offer us a house that was already finished and within our budget.After much research, we decided to go with their recommended lender and insurance company.     I purchased my home from ASGI in June 2022 in the Santa Fe Subdivision after a home I was going to buy nearby fell through. ASGI is one of the only home builders who builds homes for people who dont need a large home. My construction superintendent was James Rohan James is solid he came by our home several times to fix minor issues with our house AFTER we closed. ASGI was able to build our house from slab to completion in 3 months...Our inspection report was solid each step of the way with no major issues if youre looking for a small yet affordable home ASGI should be your first choice.

    Just closed on my home with ASGI. I had a great experience. Jessica, my sales consultant, was very responsive, friendly, and professional. The home was very affordable for someone with a single income household. I’m extremely pleased to be a homeowner and I truly admire ASGI for building homes affordable enough to allow working class families access to homeownership. I stopped by the build site several times throughout the build process. The build site was always neat with any trash neatly set aside, I never saw evidence of things like cigarette butts or beer cans, and overall just looked well kept. I ordered a 3rd party inspection and made sure to provide them with the report and my superintendent, Matt, did a great job making sure all those items had been addressed before my final walk. The closing coordinator, Megan, was the company’s star employee throughout the process. Megan did a wonderful job communicating with both myself and my realtor. The signing processes went very smooth, the representative from the associated title company was knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly. The ASGI home office is friendly with several employees greeting me and offering me complimentary snacks. Now that I’m all moved in I’m really impressed with how the neighborhood is taking shape, the houses are very cute with great street appeal and ASGI has even been organizing some fun community events like Halloween decoration contests.Future buyers, I would definitely recommend ASGI. My biggest advice is to keep open communication with ASGI so they can address your needs. Get a third party inspection and make sure you give it to them to address any issues.

    First off I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jessica. We had been looking to buy a house for a few months and were having a hard time trying to find nice houses in our price range. Everyone was telling us we weren’t going to find any new homes for under 200k which really crushed us, that was until we came across the ASGi homes in the Marie village area, they had new builds starting at 120k which was perfect for us, I couldn’t believe it! Jessica showed us around all the models that were in our price range and helped us find one we loved. That same day we found our forever home and she told us about grants we could apply for to assist with closing and the down payment. If we ever had any questions regarding the house Jessica was always there to help us! They even have an app that shows your house being built and what days they’re working on what as well as uploading pictures! All in all, I highly recommend going thru ASGi homes to buy your home they truly make it exciting and magical! Thank you to everyone who made this big milestone in life a dream come true!!

    I actually came here to see if they build on land lots. Unfortunately they dont, at least not right now.However the staff was very nice. These are good homes for first time home buyers or people who just want to get away from the hustle and bustle.I love the fact that the driveways were pretty wide, wider than most other home builders. So if you dont like dings on your car their driveway would be perfect. Depending on the size of your vehicle... it looked like at least 4 cars could comfortably fit in the driveway without touching each other.Their yards were decent size too. Plus the space in between you and the neighbors homes were pretty breathable.The bottom line is...these days thats pretty difficult to find at an affordable price.

Mr. Collins attention and knowledge made me feel confident in the process. Blake Pruitt was the Superintendent of construction and was amazing at explaining all the details of the house and sharing positive experiences with his own ASGI house and the Marie Village neighborhood. Kudos to both of them, they are upstanding characters that are VERY good at their Jobs. The cleaning company only gets 2stars, left ALOT of streaks and dust and left all the windows unlocked.
