Went to Current 812 for a tour. I am impressed with the staff and the facilities. Tim Steele walked me around and he did a great job showing the property and explaining all they had to offer. He told me about events they have and how they give away gift cards for certain events. I am definitely going to be moving to Current 812. The views are AMAZING!!!!

He is an awesome manager. He is attentive whenever I call for a maintenance issue he is on the job to make sure the issue is taken care of. He does a great job to keep his tenants happy. He is the best Property Manager I have had since I have been a tenant with Denton Floyd. Keep up the good work Forrest.

I rented from this company since 2014; however, in November I moved on to a different company. Having said that, the properties are very clean, with up to date emenaties, and very safe. Forrest is the Property Manager and he is very professional, he gives excellent customer service, he is extremely friendly, and he definitely cares about his tenants. Anytime I needed Maintenance they came within 24hrs and the issues were corrected immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend Denton/Floyd to anyone looking to rent or buy! Ask for Forrest hell treat you like family!

I used to hate this apartment and the people running it, but Every since the new property manager, Forrest Harrison has taken over I havent been happier! He is awesome! He is very attentive, takes great care of his tenants and the units. He is always on top of any issue that may arise, without having to ask twice. I would definitely recommend renting from Mr. Forrest Harrison. He is by far the BEST property manager Ive ever had! He alone, makes Denton Floyd Real Estate Management a much better Rental agency! So 5 stars for him and the work he does to keep his tenants happy!

My wife and I were needing an affordable town home back in 2016 and happened across Lexington Villas. The property manager has been very accommodating and nice to us and made our stay here these past two years a very enjoyable experience. Maintenance has also been VERY good with responding to issues and openly communicating. If you’re looking for a good place to live that is both affordable and convenient, give this place a look. We’re glad we did!

We have had a really good experience living at Lexington villas. Danielle is sweet and kind , she knows when to be tuff to get the job done. The maintenance workers are a little overwhelmed but do there best. Once they are on the job though they knock it out as fast as they can. We love the dog yard, and pool.

I found out today,after making a phone call about the rent, thatDenton/Floyd is deducting 15% from our rent!I was completely shocked (and happy) aboutthis development. It’s not a lot of money to some, but to others it is. I’m really pleasedwith this company.Also, the managers (Donna & Maggie) arevery professional and helpful.The apartments are kind of small here, butthe owners supply everything from the Black/Aluminum appliance scheme in the kitchen,to the stackable washer & dryer. We pay theElectric and that’s it!So far, I’m very impressed with the ownersof my apartment complex.

Curtis is my favorite he really works hard! And Phillip, who works in the rent office, is very nice and professional! He answers any questions I might have and is very insightful. Neighbors are nice, its a pretty quiet place to live!

Lexington Villas is a very peaceful place to live at. When I decide to move here. The office staff made it smooth as possible. Since they have started putting up the siding it has made it so much beautiful, and the dog park is the perfect touch.

The management group is outstanding and was very attentive and prompt to maintence orders. ShaJuanda was awesome! She cares about her tentants. She went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable. All the neighbors at Dorsey love her. Mike the maintaince guy is great as well. I live in Lexington villas in Lexington and have live here for about 5 years in the property and I love it it’s a calm place ms silvia is the lease manager and she’s the most loving and kind person she always answers when you need something done in the unit she’s very professional and I really recommend anyone whose looking for a place to live
