My wife and I are shopping for our first dream house of our lives. We immediately fall in love with some home models built by Empire. Finally, We bought the Roberts model. The design is nice compared to many models of other builders. Mr. Robby Buish is a great Sales agent to discuss the price and incentives. Mr. James Womac is a great construction manager to walk us through the house. We finally found our dream house. Thank you Mr. Robby Buish and Mr. Jame Womac and all the sales staff.

Few month ago my friend bought a house from Cassandra & she highly recommended Cassandra for us.I been shopping for home in Bridgeland & Elyson they have nice home but never like Dellrose Customer service. I am grateful that Cassandra was their to help us & explain to us every question we had & thankfully she speak Spanish so my husband was able to understand & communicate with her. Thank you for your time & your great services! We are now Dellrose family!

I was shopping for a new home, and my restate agent took me to Ms. Samatha Lee and she showed me my future home. She was helpful, responsive, and most importantly to me honest. I had a lot of questions being a first time home buyer. She answered all of my questions and was very insightful on the whole VA loan process. I thank her and my agent.
