We wouldnt be in our home without Darsh. We were looking for something specific in one neighborhood with low inventory and were able to execute quickly on a property when one popped up that fit our needs. From encouraging us to see the house quickly (given his knowledge that it would move fast) to negotiating the deal without pushing price. And then provided a great contacts to upgrade our kitchen before moving in. Contacts got the job done on time and a cheaper costs relative to other contractors. And then I had two rental properties that were sitting and his team quickly found renters after I tried to do it myself to no avail. And Darsh goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. Even went to the home to cover the landscaping since it was Jan and freezing temps before we even purchased the place. What else can you say.

As first time homebuyers I cannot stress enough how available our realtor, Darsh, was for us! Any question, day or night, he was quick to respond with a text or a call back. Darsh found us the perfect house for our budget, which was not on the market. He worked hard and connected us with the builder, and we were able to select interior selections as well. I truly believe that his expertise and advice was the driving factor behind us finding and getting the perfect house. I am so thankful that Darsh was recommended to us! What an awesome person and an awesome Realtor! I will personally be recommending him to anyone looking in the greater Austin area!

Darsh was recommended to us by one of our friends. He came prepared to meet us. He is super personable, Darsh provided us comps, explained his marketing plan, and got our condo cleaned in no time. We were a bit hesitant to list our condo for lower than our expectations, but he nailed it with his strategy by pricing it right, and getting us multiple offers. We ended up getting more for our condo than we expected. Darsh is a genuine guy who truly cares for his clients, and his communication and attention to detail is top notch. I highly recommend Darsh to anyone looking for a hard working real estate professional!

After firing my last 2 agents, I finally found DARSH! He is absolutely amazing with his network of builders and knows whats being built in specific zip codes. We saw over 15 under construction properties!He is extremely knowledgeable of all Austin Texas areas, off-market properties, and property values. I could not believe he found us a house that was exactly what we were looking for, in a great time frame and amazing price range. Best of all, we did not have to deal with MULTIPLE OFFERS because he found me a property that was off-market and under construction. Thank you so much Darsh!!
