This community is beautiful! But, what sets it apart from other new build experiences is Jasper. Jasper is an exceptional sales counselor at Ashton Woods in Cordova Trails! From the very first interaction, she exudes warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping buyers find the perfect home. She is incredibly communicative, always keeping me informed every step of the way, and her attentiveness to detail ensures a smooth and enjoyable process. Jasper’s friendly and welcoming demeanor makes working with her a pleasure, and she truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. While the homes at Cordova Trails are beautiful, it was the guidance that we recieved that stuck with us. Although we didnt end up purchasing a home at Cordova Trails, we absolutely want to give credit to Jasper. She was extremely helpful throughout our home search, and was very understanding when we ultimately decided to go a different direction. Her professionalism and general courtesy left a lasting impression that we were truly grateful to recieve. Should we find that anyone else is in need of a home, we will be sure to send them her way.
