For the past two years, I have resided in one of the properties managed by Common Ground, and I must commend their responsiveness. I have found Ty and Rivka to embody professionalism and assistance, from the initial leasing process to effectively addressing any issues that arise. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I receive a response on the same day. While there is an app available for reporting maintenance issues, I appreciate the ease of directly emailing a team member for a more personal interaction. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!

Ty Lee is one of the best professionals to work with , he promptly responds on all emails , available at earliest if we need to have a conversation and always on top of things . We have been working with them from past 6 months and we are very happy to have choosen them to manage our property in Irving . Highly recommend him .

I wish I could give Ty 10 stars for his response time. I have not had good luck at all with response time from zillow inquiries. Ive sent several tour request over the past two weeks. Ty is the first person to respond in a timely fashion, his response time was less than an hour.Thank you,Sonja Vestal
