The Bilingual Nest Experience! I had the great please to work with Simon and Gabriela at Co-office. This team of very professional designers helped me bring my preschool concept to life! Throughout the process they helped me with discussions with the contractor and they helped me make decisions based on my budget and needs, all in a stress free environment. Their 3-D technology helped me visualize my space before it was even built! Overall, my experience was just an amazing one! It was so hard to part with them that I decided to bring them back on board to redo my own private apartment. There again, they did a most amazing and professional job! So glad to have been able to work with Co-office!

We’ve been working with Co-Office over the last year. We first engaged their firm when designing our ice cream shop just a block away from their office. They were able to take our ideas and synthesize them into several boards that were all beautiful. Once we finalized the interior, they worked with us to bring our project to fruition in six months, which is impressive considering that we are located in a Landmarks District. Now, we are working with them to find our second location. They are bringing the same thoughtfulness and care to the process and we look forward to securing the perfect place thanks to their diligence.

Simon and David helped develop my Fitness studio. They were truly an awesome team to work with. Throughout the process it was very clear that they were extremely knowledgeable about the Manhattan retail environment and managed my contractors very well. They held a very high standard of excellence and made sure everything was done perfectly. Simon and David poured their heart into my project. I honestly dont know how I would have done it without them.

Simon & David at CO-Office designed my retail store front on Lenox Avenue. It was an absolute peasure working with both of them from start to finish. It was my first renovation project, and although I was a bit apprehensive at first about using a designer in the first place, looking back on it, I could NOT have done it without them. Simon and David were instrumental in getting my building plans approved through the Department of Buildings, and they guided me on every step of the way. I am so proud of the product that they helped create for me and I have referred them to several of my clients already. If you need help with any design or architectural plans, contact these guys!
