Im going on 3yrs living here and I have ZERO complaints about the attention we get here as tenants. Maria is the lady who does all the maintenance around here and to say she is fantastic is an understatement. As soon as any problems arise she is there to save the day. Thank you to the staff for the attentiveness and growth job everyone is doing from the leasing office to the maintenence staff.

Michael Paulin was great!! He was very helpful and polite. He helped with an issue that we have been having since we moved in July. He ensured everything was working correctly before he left the home. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Michael!!!!!!!!

Wonderful helpful friendly professional staff! Very courteous and prompt with inquiries.Townhomes are beautiful and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. Definitely recommend!

The property managers and staff have been very helpful and accessible, effectively communicating with the residents. The maintenance team has been consistently efficient and reliable. This is literally the best thing that could have happened to me as far as a peaceful place to live. The staff was professional, and made my experience very easy. I was getting ready to leave out the country before my move in date and they made sure all my things was in place to make a swift move in. The community has been great to be a part of and I am proud to call myself a member.
