Michael made it so easy and stress free for us to purchase the perfect lot. The down payment was easy, the paperwork was easy. it was our first time buying land and Michael made the whole process so easy. I thought it was going to be a little more difficult than it was but it wasnt. I suggest if you are an average person who wants to be able to buy some land then head over to Classic Country Land fir it is the place to go. Thanks Michael you are the best?

Michael was a phenomenal agent. He made sure to keep everything simple and easy to understand. I never thought it would be possible to buy land this easy. As far as I know Classic Country Land is the only place you can get land as a regular person without thousands upon thousands of dollars to spend out of pocket. A few different down payment options and in house financing. When we went to view our land it was honestly better than the pictures. It’s really incredible to see our dreams coming to life thanks to their incredible team. I will be a returning customer for life. Thank you guys!

From the easy to navigate and very informative website to the interaction with my sales representative, Michael, I could not have been happier with my buying experience. Once I reviewed the land options on the website and selected the land I wanted to purchase, Michael answered ALL my questions (and there were a lot) and made sure that I could complete my purchase confidently and with peace of mind. While this is my first buying experience with Classic Country Land, it will most certainly not be my last. Way to set the bar high for other companies to follow!

Such an amazing company with amazing employees. Ricky Stover was the person who handled my real-estate transaction. He is very quick to reply to messages and phone calls. Although I chose to buy my property from them outright, they offer several different payment plans. I highly recommend purchasing land from this company.

I had been shopping for some land for a long, long time before stumbling on Classic Country Land.Thanks to these guys, I was able to find a quiet, secluded lot that fit what I was looking for. They offer no credit check, in-house financing with competitive interest rates and payment options - which is a huge selling point. It gave me the option to finance the property, while retaining my VA Home Loan as an option for building on the site.They do have deed restrictions. But in my opinion, the conditions are completely appropriate and do a lot to preserve the natural beauty of the space without being intrusive.Buying from this company was painless, and theres always someone on standby thats ready to assist with questions. Id like to give a huge shoutout to Kerry for assisting me with my purchase! Thanks to him, and Classic Country Land, I have a piece of land that I can enjoy and pass on someday.

Scott Leonard is one of the best people I’ve dealt with. He is always available and quick to respond. His attention to detail sets him ahead of others I’ve work with. He helped me through the purchase process, on multiple sections of land then my father’s land. Classic country is great but Scott is the reason I’ll continue to use them. If you’re looking for a place that is easy to work with and honest I suggest you request him. I purchased roughly 45 acres, I’m a real buyer.

We actually stumbled upon this company as I checking out other land nearby. However, the people that were helping us navigate were from Stonebridge and I was impressed with their friendliness and knowledge of the area.I looked at the website that they recommended which was classic country land.com. And started going through some of the sites. We are going to have livestock so I knew we needed some type of stream on our property. We found what I thought was the perfect land. After talking with Michael we found what we wanted. The purchase was very easy with a low down payment and reasonable monthly payments. I will say that Michael seems like a friend now and has been very professional. He goes out of his way to help us navigate the mountains which is the hardest part. We are very much looking forward to moving up there in the next couple of years and living totally off grid.. So grateful to have found such a great company to do business with!

If you are willing to use raised foundations or cut steppes, this is good land for building a home, vacation property, or a hunting property. I delt with Bailey Springer from classic country land,llc she was very honest and helpful went and looked at one property told her really wouldnt work for me then told me about another piece of property that happened to be within the hr distance from where I was wanting to stay and 2nd property was perfect for my wants and needs, throughout whole process I was skeptical worried this was just a scam but she kept reassuring me every way she could it wasnt then while looking at property I was able to talk to other land owners and they confirmed was legit from time I said this is property and made my down payment process only took 2 day but that was because I made down payment on weekend at Saturday night she said because of weekend may take little longer but paperwork should be done by Monday latest wensday and it was finished Monday quick and easy any now Im proud owner of my own place so I would highly recommend Bailey and classic country land to anyone looking to purchase some off grid land

I found this land on FB marketplace through a 3rd party affiliate who I was kind of skeptical about bc of the way social media is. So I got all the information and went and looked at the land, and it was just as described by the affiliate. I then wanted to make sure for myself and called classic country land personally, and right off the bat was greeted with very well politeness and professionalism. I let him know that itd be a couple of days before Id be able to purchase it, and that wasnt a problem. During the purchasing process, everything went very well and the paperwork was very informative with all the details describing the land, and I was sent all the GPS coord. For each corner of the property. Also, the down payment and monthly payment was cheaper through classic country land than it was through the 3rd party affiliate, which I was very pleased to find out.
