I wanted to express my gratitude to Kyle Romano, the construction manager, for his dedication throughout the building process, especially after closing, even when he didnt have to. It means a lot to me to see that the builder cares so much about ensuring everything is perfect and is willing to help with anything I need, even after the deal is closed. Kyle truly cares about his craft and relationships, which I think is outstanding. This level of excellent and quality service should be recognized. The subcontractors have also been nothing but careful and meticulous in their work. They should also be acknowledged!Jeff Wells, the sales manager, was communicative throughout the process, providing all the information I needed, and was super nice.Regarding the houses themselves, I think theyre quality finishes, smart technology, and energy efficiency. Cooling three stories (with four bedrooms and two living room spaces) for $180 in July is impressive.The location is also ideal, right between Dallas and Fort Worth with easy access to the highways. Personally, I think they are cute homes. The landscape and lawn care are handled by the HOA if you dont care to have yard work.Thank you, Ashton Woods, for making my first-time home buying experience so smooth and as stress-free as possible. I appreciate you all! :)

Very nice community with unique home plans. Can’t wait to see what restaurants will eventually go in. Jeff and Michelle were very friendly at the model home
