City Place is a hidden gem in Spring, TX! The area offers a perfect mix of modern architecture, green spaces, and a vibrant community atmosphere. It’s also a great spot for families, professionals, and anyone who enjoys a lively, yet relaxing environment.If youre into outdoor activities, the proximity to Springwoods Village and its trails is a huge plus. Gingerbread village was cute but it was smaller than I thought. Cute place to take some photos with the kiddos. Beautiful place for enjoying nature and walk around. There are some restaurants and coffee shops, and space for a picnic.

🎁 We always have to stop by City Place at least once during the Christmas season. Today after showing properties, we brought the boys out to the Gingerbread Village. It was as spectacular as always! I posted the list of events for this season. 🎄

Why do I feel like I claim ownership over this place?? Maybe because Ive been coming here since it was called springwoods village a couple of years ago-- or whenever it started--I dont even remember at this point because everything after the Coronavirus has been a blur.They constantly have fun things lined up in their Event Calendar online theyve had so many different types of cartoon characters come out, my kids love Spider-Man, and I loved when Tinkerbell came out to make a visit. They do a great Gingerbread display during the holidays that you can walk to, with a train ride that I havent gone to yet this great but Im planning on it. They do different things like movie night outside and have popcorn set ups, and different types of farmer markets . I absolutely love coming here with my family. Im so happy we have a place like this in Spring!

We love this place! Love to get coffee at Common Bond and let the kids run loose in the park area!Island Cafe has some of the best food around!If you havent visited, you should! Especially at night next to the pond with a cool breeze blowing and the lights bouncing off the water....pretty much perfect!

For bow 5 stars. Love this place. A little oasis off the highway. Did not know this place existed and so glad I came. We had a baby shower thrown for us in front of the hotel Marriott. Which is a really nice hotel ad well so check it out. Anyway super cute. Woodlands feel with less foot traffic. Check this area out before everyone knows.

Nice scene, live music, CLEAN, lots of space for kids to play, and a nice lake view. So far the restaurants coming have been great (Common Bond rocks!).
