Good quality and great value homes. This is our first home purchase and the experience couldnt have gone any better. Analia is great to work with and we plan on living here for a long time.4 stars for two reasons -HOA has a stick up their butt. Cant even decorate our front porch without getting a notice and having to get approval. Thats laughable in my opinion.The builders love to leave trash everywhere. It blows in our yard as well as all over the retention ponds and empty lots.Nothing unexpected for a first home purchase and a new neighborhood. I simply want to provide an honest-as-possible review.
