We started our new home build with Century Custom Homes during the latter part of 2019. A good portion of the build occurred in 2020, during the initial and most uncertain time of the covid 19 pandemic. Somehow we were able to stay on track with our timeline thanks to David and his subcontract team that was still willing to work. Dealing with David, his subcontractors, and his preferred vendors was overall easy and pleasant. The quality and timeliness of the work produced was precisely why we chose a custom builder. After being in our home for over 1.5 years now it’s reassuring to know it has held up to the seasonal temperature and weather changes, despite some being quite extreme. I would highly recommend Century Custom Homes to anyone able and willing to embark upon the journey of building their dream home. Century Custom Homes just completed our custom build. David and Gerald went the extra mile in every way. Gerald always made himself available for a phone call with concerns or questions and met us onsite regularly. They exceeded our expectations of the vision we had. I’ll also add working with them, you felt like you were their #1 priority. I would 100% recommend Century Custom Homes to anyone who wants a true custom build by a builder that focuses on attention to detail and quality.

We selected Century Custom Homes as our custom home builder in North Texas after significant research, interviews, and visiting several homes in various stages of construction. David Andrews experience stood out, as hes very easy to work with on all phases of the build. At the onset, the contract proposal was very simple. He helped answer questions on the lot we chose, the house plans & build placement on the plot. He certainly helped us through the selection process as well, for every detail. He was always patient and receptive to any changes we wanted to make. Were very thankful for his expert advice, along with the great insight and feedback for various ideas we could implement into the type of design and style we were wanting to accomplish. The work crews are talented and detailed, and David keeps the project moving on schedule, all the way to move-in date. They built us a beautiful, 2972 sq ft house. It feels like were living in a vacation home, and honestly cannot believe its ours. We couldnt be happier with the final product! Thanks CENTURY!

The construction manager was instrumental in this, keeping us informed of progress, incorporating our input, and guiding us through decisions, which greatly reduced the stress typically associated with home building.In the end, we have a beautiful house that perfectly meets our expectations. As you can only imagine building a custom home could be long and arduous process, But if you ever plunge into building one I can say from experience that David is probably one of best around there is.The craftmanship of people building the home and rest of the finer details are second to none.We built our home right after covid which was the toughest time to build a house as it was very hard to get any resources but one of the best things about David was exceptional honesty and he was always up front about cost and time implications.

If youre looking to build a custom home in the DFW area, David is one of the absolute best. We had actually purchased a lot and were looking to design and build our first custom home. The home is very quiet, insulated well, and after twelve years, everything is still in great condition. Would definitely have David build us house if we ever choose to move.

My wife and I came across Century Custom Homes through a web search and didnt have any recommendations or referrals. We were also living out of the state for most of this time and were concerned about having someone we could trust undertake this work for us. But within a few days of talking with Century’s owner David Andrews, we were certain we wanted Century for our new home construction.We really lucked out finding David. He was patient and persevered through all the planning hassles, he worked exceptionally well with our architect and he helped connect the various parties; design consultants, construction financing and mortgage to make sure we got all the paperwork done.However, the most stunning achievement as far as Im concerned was that he is the only builder I have ever worked with who exceeded our expectations in every way. The work was done on time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent. The end result far exceeded our expectations.Now I would say to anyone who really is concerned about quality, integrity, and excellent customer care. You wont be disappointed.

The home is beautiful, well crafted, energy efficient -- all any homeowner could want in a home. After hearing horror stories of other friends using other builders and the delays they encountered, the mistakes that were made, and the large construction overages they experienced -- I am so glad I selected David and Century Custom Homes to build my home. We recently purchased a Century home from the original owners. Even though we didnt purchase the home directly from David, we have reached out to him multiple times to finish some things the original owners didn’t do. Adding more hardwoods to certain rooms for example. We wanted to improve on the home, but retain the consistent look and feel. I never thought I would be able to build a custom home. We loved the property and met with David to talk about next steps. I was very apprehensive at first, but as we moved along I knew I was in good hands. So, if you are unsure and the thought of building seems overwhelming, rest assured David is a seasoned pro and will make your dreams come true. And.... When you move in, if there are some odds and ends he attends to it right away. Very pleased with our forever home.

David was referred to us by the realtor we were using in finding land/house in our move from Oklahoma. Overall this turned out to be a great referral. As with any construction work there were challenges, and at times some differences of perspective/expectation. David very patiently and thoroughly worked through all of the details with us. Ive been involved in commercial construction for years and have never experienced the level of organization and coordination Dave and Brian demonstrated in lining up subs and keeping the construction process moving. We broke ground in mid-July 2017, moved in November 30th. Considering this was a custom build, that is mostly unheard of. Lastly the quality of the construction has been great. We have truly enjoyed the house and have only needed minor fixes (door alignment etc.) that Dave quickly handled.

I am VERY pleased with the work performed by Century Custom Homes. We used Century to replace our wood stair balusters with wrought iron stair balusters. They did great to work and the job was completed on time and for a very reasonable cost. The wrought iron totally changed the look of our house and we love it. I have recommended Century Custom Homes to friends and neighbors who have used them as well.

We have been in our Century Custom Home in Forest Hills in Cross Roads for 2 years now. Our home is beautiful, energy efficient, and very comfortable. We feel we were able to capture great value in the home for the investment. There is not a home building process without hiccups and miscommunication along the way, but David kept his word and delivered a beautiful home. He has also been very responsive with needs and questions over the two year period post completion. Even helping us solve some unforeseen drainage challenges 18 months after completion.On a side-note, the neighborhood has been in ownership/management transition the 3 years I have been building/residing in it, leading to lack of clarity in ARC codes and material selection (mainly driveways) throughout the neighborhood that is causing confusion for builders and homeowners. David has been responsive and attentive as everyone collectively seeks clarity on these matters.
