Had some clients purchase at Brazos Commons community. In my 16 years of selling new construction this was one the best building experiences encountered. It all comes down to consistent communication and follow through. These two things were done very well and executed by Michael Guzik. Were there hiccups? Of course its home building! Things were handled with grace and fairness to all parties. Look forward to future business partnership with this class act of a company. To El Jefe of Center City....please protect Michael at all costs, pay him well and value him in all ways.
