    I absolutely love Cane Island Welcome Center. I usually go there to enjoy a drink in the restaurant, live music, beautiful weather and take photos! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! The area is well-maintained!

    Great masterplanned community located in old Katy. This community features its own restaurant, hosts community events, and offers so much for their clients. Walking trails, community pool, fitness center, lakes, and so much more for residents to enjoy. If you’re looking to move to the Katy area this is definitely a must see community.

    Cane Island Community recently hosted a captivating car show by West Houston Muscle, and it was an absolute delight! Despite the chilly weather, the atmosphere was both fun and serene. The crowd was remarkably calm, creating an exciting yet relaxed vibe. A special shoutout to the West Houston Muscle tent for providing free coffee and donuts, adding a warm touch to the event. The perfect blend of entertainment and community spirit made it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

    I went to an event with different venders there with a friend. It was cold and so windy, but the venders were brave and there was a good crowd there. We had a lot of fun and bought several things. I was very impressed with what I saw. The fire pit was a great idea. People were enjoying it. Nice touch. I am planning on attending another event there.

    Beautiful community with exceptional 5 star resort quality amenities. One of the only planned communities in Houston with honest to goodness old growth trees in the amenity village and lining many of the trails. Makes all the difference when looking for a neighborhood that doesnt feel like it was built on a clear cut farm lot.

    I spoke with Tiffany today about hosting a wedding in their conservatory and she is the sweetest person I’ve spoken to in a long time! She knew the answer to every question I had and for the one she wasn’t sure about, she took the time to check and confirm so she didn’t give me the wrong information. She was also very personable, funny and patient with all the questions I had to ask and seemed so excited for me to host my wedding there! The pictures of the conservatory space pulled me in, but her customer service definitely sealed the deal, If the rest of the staff and employees are at least half as good as her, it’s one hell of a company! Thank you again for all the time and information Tiffany!

    Beautiful place and very family oriented, seems like a strong community where families can get together and have a great time with all kinds of things to do. I really dont see how anyone could ever get bored with all the room to move around

    Beautiful area, staff has knowledge of their craft. But if u want to live in this area u better have a lot of money in the bank. From what I have seen the average home goes for over 700k.

    I live here; I just moved in. You get a free gym, certified personal trainers, parties, free study areas, free, small, garden, and more! Its beautiful. It just snowed, and they have a year-round light show to the entrance to the neighborhood. There are trees all around, so you feel like its your own little village. Not only because of the way its laid out do you feel like this, but there are events that the community sets up all of the time! Poker nights, a running club (with beer!), and 8 miles of trails (of concrete; sad day). The community is tight. On our closed FB page we have inside jokes, share recipes and pics (cuz snow!), and even be sure to snuff out those speeding tickets by calling out when trap cops are snooping around. The houses are modern, they have FIBER internet lines already going up to your house (I have 1gig (890-975dl and 32-45 up) service from Comcast, but Ive had the only other option here which is the 1gig (750dl and 750up) service from Consolidated, and it cut out every 30 mins for 0.2 seconds-- long enough to get d/cd from online video games). Only issue was that I had an issue with a cop here once while running early in the morning, but surprisingly never saw them again.

    Excellent community and planned activities for families. There are so many amazing amenities in this community. I really like this community but no school for my 8 yr old son.
