Craig, Levi, and team managed and built our Picklemans restaurant in McKinney. Process went smoothly and completed on time. All of the sub contractors are top notch and quality work. We are planning to open more in DFW and will be using their team. Having a great general contractor and project supervisor are vital in a project and Paragon exceeds expectations. I highly recommend Craig Barrow and his team for any building dream you may have. I recently moved to a smaller home and quickly realized I missed my 4th car garage and the extra guest bedroom. Craig built us a detached 4th car garage and guest house. He did a beautiful job. I enjoyed working with Craig. He communicates very well and in a timely manner. He outlines and provides a real time budget and has a process when and if there are any changes. (Many times I would see updates on my online budget made at 5am!)2021 has seen a shortage in construction material causing many backorders...however, Craig apparently has long time excellent relationships that seemed to help get material and labor when expected.His construction manager Levi was also very helpful. Levi was on site at least once or twice every week during the construction phase. I could text or call Levi with questions or needs and he always responded quickly.I strongly recommend using Build Paragon.

David Soskolne Projects has been working together with Build Paragon since 2011. We have covered projects from small interior retail finish outs, franchise restaurant work, gyms as well as residential remodel and custom home design. Craig and Loris team are one of the most professional GC teams I have worked with. They have a deep understanding of the construction industry, and are extremely budget conscious, and will make every effort to stick to the price they have quoted. They also have no problem coming up with alternative specifications in order to control the budget.

He and his staff are extremely organized and professional & they do not leave a detail uncovered. We have only partnered with Craig & his team on commercial build-out, but I would suspect they are equally topnotch at residential projects. No doubt...they truly deserve 5 stars!

Big commitment, but the teamwork makes the dreamwork, as they say. And it did. Appreciated the team effort and involvement. Professional. Always available. Our first custom build -- there is a whole lot to get done right and the process, meetings, calls, meetings, calls, and so forth were right on. This was a soft-contemporary build and it turned out amazing. It was nice to share excitement in the project with Paragon and us, even though its one of hundreds they build.

Not quite sure how we stumbled on Build Paragon but Im sure glad we did. From our first meeting with Craig, we were sold. Not only do we search for companies with stellar work history, but we seek genuinely, good people. BP is exactly that. Not only do they have a model of excellence that they strive for, but they truly care about each of their customers. Often going above and beyond to understand what we need and moving heaven and earth to make it happen. That cant be taught; it has to be engrained in a company. When we chose BP, we never looked back. Our final home is everything I imagined it could be and its such a blessing to see it come alive. Even after completion, our BP team is still working hard to fix a little last minute issue just because thats who they are.Build with the BP team...you wont regret it.
