Before I moved to Tyler I lived in Athens for 36 years. I wanted to make a change for my kids and I, back in 2015. I ask God to find me the best possible place, landlord, and neighborhood. I have to say he definitely answered my prayers when I find this place on gosection8.com, this house was my second choice. Bryan Ashston& company are two young native of Tyler Texas that is striving to build a empire on Smith County soil. When we first started it wasnt perfect, but it was they first rodeo. I didnt give up and they didnt either! Going on six years now I been here at this address! I tell people all the time I have good landlords. As long as you do your part, they will do theirs.
