    This was my first time renting a house. Gina you made the process easy to understand and was available to answer all of my questions I had along the way. To make the process easier for those new to the Kaufman County, a handout with the names and phone numbers of the local utility companies should be provided. Since I have been in the community, the leasing office has hosted a Halloween party which is nice way for the neighbors to get to know each other. If possible, could a monthly or quarterly newsletter be published? I am enjoying living in Brooklyn Village.As far as work orders go, Brian and his partner were knowledgeable in the issue with the garbage disposal. They were able to fix it within seconds. They are a great team!

    I got approved fast and the whole process was easy and Gina was absolutely the best !! She answered all my questions in a timely manner and also helped me through it all this is my first house and I love how well kept the neighborhood is !! And I love the house I chose !! My move in is February and I cant wait 🤗!!! Thank you Brooklyn Village!!!

    The maintenance man as well as David have been amazing. Anytime there is an issue; the response is super quick. From the smallest to the largest issue… the quality ofWork and customer service is amazing. I truly appreciate them both.

    Enjoyed my stay. Nice neighborhood, management worked with us well, work orders taken care of quickly, lawn care was always good, received my deposit back in a good amount of time. If I didn’t move cities I would 100% renew. Thank you Brooklyn Village!

    The current property management company, which took over in 2022, has been excellent! Although they had a bit of a rough start, over the past year the office and maintenance staff have proven themselves to be very friendly, professional, responsive, and communicative. The price per square foot is better than almost anywhere I have seen in Forney, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

    Ladies in the office here are super helpful and friendly. I have had 101 questions and they have answered each one. The application process was fast, easy and quick. Did everything online, got approval and went to the bank to secure the lot. I have driven over to the neighborhood at different times and it’s always quite and not a lot of traffic unless you go while they are working on other homes. Looking forward to moving in soon.

    Today I met with Alex as part of our Move-in Orientation process at Brooklyn Village. Alex, TBD Service Department team member, was very courteous, patient, and intentional as together we worked through the Move-in Orientation. Alex showed thoughtful concern for our success and demonstrated his knowledge of the mechanical operations within the house. I really appreciate Alexs approach to helping us become familiar with our new home.

    Denise and Alyssa are great. I worked with both of them when leasing in Brooklyn Village in Forney. They were kind and efficient and extremely accommodating to me. I was concerned at first due to the reviews claiming racial bias but my multi racial family had no problems whatsoever with them. Thank you ladies for an easy process and smooth transition.B. WILLIS

    So happy my husband & I chose BV. We feel like we’re part of a community of working professionals and families. The screening process is just like any place - and you must make enough income to reside here. I appreciate the energy efficiency of these homes! Our utility bills have been pleasantly lower than we were expecting; especially for 2-story home. Our garage is very spacious too!

    So impressed with the new homes they are building in Forney!! We stopped by there yesterday , but by accident!! We were on our way to look at another house and found Brooklyn Village!     A few hiccups in the beginning with our home - but the head of Camden Homes took care of it quickly. Quick responses for anything we need - yard, security, etc. We’ve been here almost one year and are more than pleased. Yes, it’s expensive, but considering what you get, it’s really worth it.

    Gina was phenomenal, she answered all my questions, and whenever I called or had a delay she was very kind. She does not make you feel as if you’re being brushed off!
