I got a great new job offer in Colorado so needed to move quickly out of Frisco. It was an incredible job relocation opportunity that I could not refuse for my family. However, the new company and job offer required a quick start date on our side so we needed to sell our house fast. I had no idea that it was possible to sell a house for cash in a situation like our family was in. Thank you Hilary for all your help! I inherited properties from a family member that were scattered throughout the US in Miami, Texas and Arizona. It was quite an overwhelming amount of real estate to handle all at once. I decided to sell some of the houses and might try to make one or two others into rental properties. I had a vacant Miami condo that was in rough shape (condo had gross and bad tenants before and a terrible musty smell) and needed extensive repairs that I did not want to deal with. I just wanted to sell this condo and use the cash for the smaller (and easier) repairs needed at the other properties to either list for sale or rent out. This is where Hilary came in and really provided such a great resource. We did decide to sell the inherited Miami condo for cash and the whole selling process was fast and surprisingly simple. Much quicker than I thought it would be as compared to a traditional way of selling with a realtor. I am very happy with the decision!

I am recommending the Bright Bid Homes team because of the property renovation and repair work they are able to do throughout Dallas Fort Worth. Not many cash home buyers are able to buy houses that are fixer-uppers because of the labor, costs, and time needed to do all the rehab and repairs. It requires a lot of cash and patience which is challenging for most homeowners who need to sell their house fast. Quick note and review to thank Hilary and her team for everything they did at our new Dallas home. Their expertise and repair network in the Dallas area was so helpful when it came down to crunch time on the sale. Bright Bid arranged for a lot of vendors for getting a seller credit in the final purchase sales contract. It was amazing. HIlary brought in a great home inspector that found a lot of items in need of repair or replacement including a roof inspection that found some previous fire damage to the roofing, HVAC replacement, and several areas of water damage to the property that were unknown previously. Highly recommend Bright Bid Homes to anybody looking to buy or sell a house in Dallas!

I live in Miami and inherited my grandparents house in Delray Beach and simply do not know the real estate market and how it works at all. So I was at a loss to what even my options were. I was a tired landlord. But mercifully, not anymore. Free at last from this headache of a house. I quickly tired of the 4 Ts — trash, toilets, tenants... and now taxes! Dont even get me started on how fast my property taxes are going up!
