At the Welcome Center everyone is so helpful. Everyone seems to love their job! The community is a really unique gem.

We live here. We love it. But with everything you get ups and downs luckily we have fantastic neighbors, who are now friends and we could not ask for a nicer place to bring up our two kids. Bit we do live in the heights which makes it so much better.

The management recently changed hands, but Bridgeland continues to be an extremely family-friendly neighborhood packed with amenities such as pools, parks, and playgrounds, and a gym, fishing spots and plenty of trails for exercising, biking, or jogging, all throughout the well-landscaped lakes, bridges, and hills that have been clearly well thought out. There is a school here as well as a developing town center for small, family-oriented businesses with more to come of everything mentioned previously. When this master-planned community is complete, I dont think it will ever be necessary to leave the neighborhood to continue to live. I will say that the HOA fees can get kind of pricey, but this is all so that they can make sure that Bridgeland continues to be the well-kept community that it is now.

Built by the same developer that brought you The Woodlands, Bridgeland is packed to the brim with amenities. Schools are really good, and it has some nice water views. No peasants allowed, however. 👌🏾

What a beehive of activity. This huge new neighborhood has lots of activities for residents. I was there to speak to their garden club.
