Been living here for 12 years at Bridge Tower and wish to be here for many more years . Love it because it’s close to my job , Maintenance is great, when I need something to be fixed they come quickly . Love the neighborhood area located in Oaklawn and Cedar Spring , it’s very safe and secure. We have friendly neighbors at my apt complex and we do care for each other. What I love about Bridge Tower apts is that its quiet and calm , but yes if you are a party person you just walk to Cedar Springs and there the fun begins lots to eat and drink , they have nice restaurants and bars . Would surely recommend this apt complex to a friend or family .

They have excellent response time with maintenance requests and have provided us with education on several things throughout our time here. They have been with us when we got engaged, became foster parents, and added a dog to our family, so theyre pretty much family, too. Even if you dont see a property youre interested in on their website, call them and ask if theres anything coming up soon. They can help!!

I have lived at Bridgetower’s apartment complex in Oaklawn for about eight years. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the maintenance team is also very nice and helpful and gets things taken care of quickly.Considering how busy this area is, it is surprisingly, very quiet and very safe here at this gated complex. The people that live here have been here many years, and everyone watches out for each other. With many of the tenants being here, 5+ years, it really does say something about the complex. People stay because they’re comfortable here.In addition to the many tenants being here years, the staff has also been consistent. Overall, a very positive experience!

Excellent repair service by Tony, he repaired and properly replaced door insulation with new material so the front, garage and patio doors can properly close. Other repair included reattaching trim over rear garage door as well as tying up 2 loose wires from the phone company that were left unattached. Very happy with his work.

I find Bridgetower to be a fine rental management company. Their rates are fair, customer service is very prompt, but what I appreciate most is they for the most part leave me alone. Some companies want to visit constantly or cause issues that are an inconvenience. So long as your rent is paid on time, you hardly hear from Bridgetower, which is a huge boon in my book!

Our family has been living in a Bridge Tower property for the past 6 months. Jasmin, our local manager is fantastic! She is very responsive to any problems no matter how small. She will go out of her way to fix a problem. We moved into a brand new home, she was on top of everything, even making sure we got some of those pegs for a shelf that needed them in one of the cabinets. The application process was extensive but Jasmin was helpful and considerate. The property we live in is great and we are enjoying it.

My family and I have been renting from one of the Bridge Tower properties for the past year in the Bear Creek area in Houston. So far we have had a good experience with them. I was hesitant at first renting from a property that is corporate based. However, we are glad we moved to this location and have had a great experience with Bridge Tower properties. They have local maintenance for each of their locations. Anytime we have had an issue with anything they have been very fast about sending someone over to get it fixed. I like that they send someone who specializes in the area youre having an issue with for the specific issue. As opposed to having a property owner who has some semi- experience trying to wing it and taking longer then it should to be fixed. We just renewed our lease for another 2 years based on our experience and how happy we are with the house we are staying in.

I would like to tell all of you what a pleasure it has been living in your property for the last 2 ½ years. As a single mother that had just gone living on her own for the first time, it was a place I felt safe and at home. The neighbors are courteous, respectful and will forever be friends of mine. The service that I received not only on maintenance issues, but also the customer service all around was exceptional. Maddie, was a tremendous help on site, especially at the beginning of my rental agreement and my unit being new. She answered every call I ever made and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner; especially with my teaching schedule. I have been living in the Bay Colony West subdivision with Bridgetower Properties. The staff is amazing! They are very nice and if you have any issues they are on top of it. We love living here! The house is beautiful and was brand new! We have a huge backyard and our neighbors are family oriented. The maintenance comes by fast when needed. I really never want to move lol! Seriously, if you are thinking about renting from them you should do it! Much better than an apartment!

When I first applied, 2 years ago, I was upfront and explained possible hurdles. They worked with me, explained the process and when I needed more documentation, called and stated exactly what I needed. I was able to prorate my rent back then on their terms to allow me a smooth move in. As in any house has, in time, things happen and issues occur. Not once was I ever told no. One issue took a little time to fix but it also took some time to discover the true cause. Bridgetower has always been professional and straight forward with every dealings Ive had with them. Even when Im late, I know there will be charges incurred which is my fault....I was late.Today, I renewed my lease for another 2 years. I like the privacy they give and the attention thats offered when needed.--‐----------‐---------------------------------------------------07/22/22---2 years later after this review and im still with them. Signed a new lease in January and they still do their best to take care of issues that arise. This week it was my a/c. The did try and service if first, but when the symptoms still persisted, they replaced the unit. For me, its all been a great experience leasing a home from them

With maintenance I use the app to notify them what my issue is and its normally after hours. I usually got maintenance out to fix whatever it is by the next morning. UPDATE: Was contacted by the local area manager and was given her contact information in case we have similar issues to the below. I appreciate the customer service and have updated the rating.Last week Bridgetower purchased the house my family lives in midway through my lease. Saturday an active water leak developed and we submitted a maintenance request that night. We were told Sunday afternoon (16 hours later) that an HVAC person would call to schedule an appointment. Monday morning we were contacted by HVAC and they arrived at 1 pm. They determined that a plumber would be needed to fix the leak at 230 and left. I submitted another maintenance request with the updated info at 3 pm and have yet to be contacted by a plumber and it is now Monday at 8 PM. We are sitting at 2 days with an active water leak where we have to constantly empty buckets into the tub. To make it worse, we have tried to call the maintenance number a few times today only to go to voice-mail and never be called back. This is a bad first impression and I hope its not a sign of things to come.

Shoot I LOVE my management team! They are so wonderfully attentive and they do their best to make sure we are all safe and cared for! Whenever I’ve needed any help they show up the same day, and always ask for permission to go in my apartment. And I adore my apartment, the only thing that keeps me from giving them a perfect score is that we have a laundry room which can at times be challenging. But even then they are very communicative and they fix the issue as soon as they can.Thanks ladies and gents!

We recently renewed our lease with Bridge Tower for what will be our 5th year. In all this time we have had a few minor things require attention & the PORTAL they provide allowed us to schedule maintenance.In our neighborhood during the 2021 Ice Storm, we were the only block to never lose power. Insulation on the house held well and we had no storm damage to the house, while across town there were numerous broken pipes.When high winds blew someone elses shingles on our roof, the team was patient and reviewed all surfaces to deem they were someone elses. We like working with Bridge Tower & recommend them for future renters.

My fiancé and I just signed our lease. I typically prefer to wait until I move in to write a review but I feel as though one is warranted due to the one star reviews left by nightmare tenants as well as people who are not even residents. So far, I’ve had an excellent experience. I came across our house on an app (rently) and viewed the property from the lockbox entry. I’ve mainly been in contact with Denise (very professional and prompt) as well as Alissa (also very helpful about questions about my application). The community and houses are absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t even find a 3 bedroom apartment in a nice neighborhood for the price, let alone a 4 bedroom house. I will say, I LOVE the responses back to the reviewers from whomever is responding to them. That is actually one of the reasons why I chose this property. People are quick to leave a one star review but we all know there are two sides to the story. Looking forward to moving in the first week of July.

Have lived here for over 2 years now and just signed another lease there maintenance has been fantastic they just put a new garage door and opener on and the job was excellent i would have given it a five star but when we moved in i wanted grass put in the back yard it is half mud from the last tenant and my wife is a clean freak so not to bring mud in the back yard every time i let the dogs out it is in the front we have the best grass in the front but the backyard is mud and that is a hassle but all and all great job
