We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience with Meritage, especially for our first home. Derick Ball, our sales counselor, took the time to walk us through the contract and answered any/all the questions we had. The builder, Blake Townsend, was also very helpful during our walk throughs and made sure we understood the different aspects of our home. Lastly our loan officer, Mike Neville, kept us up to date regarding the loan process and guided us through it all. The homes here are beautiful and built with care. We are so thankful to be buying our first home here!
