As a first time homebuyer I had a great experience with Betenbough from start to finish.To begin Jodi was very polite and is really client centered. She did her best on focusing on the things that mattered to me before even showing me any floor plans or houses! After we decided on which model fit best to my preferences everything was green light from there.Susannah was really kind and patient when it came down to choosing the color scheme for our house and gave really great tips and advice.I most definitely can not forget to mention David which is their real estate originator. He was extremely helpful, professional, informative and super reliable during this process. You can absolutely ask him anything and he quickly responds even if it doesn’t relate to him he will gladly direct you where needed.During your build they assign you an experience specialist whom will guide you through the construction process. Jessica was awesome on sending updates with pictures frequently and was very detailed during the walkthrough making sure we knew where everything would be placed in our home, from plumbing to electrical, etc.Last but not least all the hard workers who didn’t work directly with us but did a phenomenal job at building our home! Now living in it we can just see how dedicated this company is to providing their best for their clients! I would 100% recommend purchasing with Betenbough!

Heather is an expert at what she does. Any concerns or needs you may have, she is willing to help you the best she can. Very professional, friendly, outgoing and beyond. I highly recommend reaching out to her for any of your needs! Also, Vincent the maintenance man, is very helpful, outgoing and does his best!

The Betenbough community is a great place to live in and raise a family. Betenbough goes above and beyond well after you purchase a home to make shure they stand behind the home they build you. If your looking for a home I would highly recommend looking into the houses and different floor plans they offer. Me and my family feel blessed to have got the opportunity to buy a home from them and raise our Family in this community.

I recently had the pleasure of working with John from the warranty department for my home on Bastrop Ave in Midland, Texas, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He handled a repair on my ceiling roof and exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, John was incredibly professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail.His expertise was evident as he quickly assessed the issue and explained the necessary steps in a way that made me feel confident and at ease. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he completed the job efficiently without cutting any corners. John has been very helpful and polite. When we made the phone call to assist with our attic issue he came immediately and inspected the scene. He was very kind and happy to help us. Our issue was fixed in less than a week thanks to John. He answered all our phone calls without delay and patiently helped us. He answered all of our questions without frustration and in a timely manner. We are so very thankful to John and all the work and assistance. We need more people like John kind and helpful resolving our concerns and issues immediately.

Love our new home and our experience!They took the time to do a new home walk through. They found a few issues that needed to be resolved before we took occupancy. Very minor finishing touches.They got our family a bible which I thought was kind, especially as a vocal Christian buyer. I appreciated the Christian music playing in the office, each time I was there.Overall, the experience was a positive one.

I called Betenbough Warranty for a Water Heater service and John A. showed up the same day to inspect the two items I had concerns about. He showed up an hour afterwards with a replacement water heater and a new post for my back fence. Very happy with the quick turnaround on the warrantied equipment and the fixed fence post completion all in one day.

Anytime I’ve had an issue, Betenbough has responded quickly and made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.All their employees are very courteous and professional during the scheduled service appointments. I want to specifically mention Elena for her help addressing the last final issues before my warranty expired. She has kept in contact with me to make sure all work was completed to my satisfaction. Cody is the definition of customer service. Never have I experienced customer service like this when purchasing a home.

He took the time to explain the building process in detail and took time to walk through our desired floor plans to note key differences for each plan. Thanks, Cole!We decided not to build with Betenbough because of the lack of customization in floorplans, but theyre very upfront about it and never misled us on that fact.
