I cannot say enough good things about Arlington Properties. I have been a member of the Arlington family for almost 6 years, and have experienced the most professional growth in that time than at any stop prior. I can personally attest to being treated with respect and valued as a person (not just a number or cog in the wheel) by my colleagues, supervisors, and teams. I am extremely grateful to call API home and do so with the highest recommendations.

This is my first time living in an apartment, and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier! I moved into my complex thinking I would be unhappy, but with the mindset that it was temporary, however, after a month or so I’ve come to love my new home! Arlington’s team is definitely the best!! Maintenance is always there in case something happens, landscape looks nice, and all in all I live in a nice, modern place for an amazing price. I don’t think I could find a better place for my family! Thank you Arlington!

Me and my husband has been here at Terrace 31 for 3 years and we love it here i love our office manager Kristen McInnis she has a beautiful heart whenever i have a concern or a problem she always gets the job done these 3 years has been good. We are not from here but her and Chris the maintenance guy made us feel right at home. If anybody is looking for a place to call home a good environment come to terrace 31 Kristen and Chris will surely welcome you with open arms

The Retreat at Mountain Brook is the best apartment community I have ever lived. I love the three salt water pools, fitness centers and tennis courts! Arlington Properties is a great company who hires great people passionate about taking care of the residents.

I lived at AVIA Apartment Homes for over a year and loved it. Maintenance is always polite and comes in a timely manner. The property looks amazing and is well kept. I would recommend this Arlington property to anyone looking for a great experience.
