Taylor Beiriger is a true pro! I am a real estate agent that assisted my client in the purchase of a property here. The deal would have fallen apart if it wasnt for the professionalism and follow up from Taylor. Shes a true pro and I look forward to working with her again! I wish I could say the same for the lending team at Velocio Mortgage.

We are posting this review to share our experience working with the Taylor from Ashton Woods. Taylor from the beginning of our two year home search provided exceptional support snd service. She was always prompt in her responses and most importantly always kind. We chose Ashton Woods at Aria Estates because we love the community and the AW home design choices and layout. We can say that this journey was not always easy, but working with Taylor and team definitely made the experience better. When you are working with someone you can trust, it makes the home purchasing experience better. Taylor, Joao, and team excellent service provided the reassurance that we made the right decision.

What an amazing experience we had at Ashton Woods and Earnie their sales manager. We have dealt with many builders, agents and sales managers through the years and truth be told, this experience cannot be compared. Not only are the homes beautiful and with exquisite finishes but the service is extraordinary. Ernie’s customer service and follow up skills are top notch. He is also professional, passionate, knowledgeable about the products, the area, future developments, etc. Something unique about this experience as well is the fact that Ernie not only cares about the sale, but he truly cares about the clients, the overall experience and the relationship before, during and after the process. He is a natural. Thank you Earnie for such a wonderful experience!! This is what buying a home should look like! We appreciate you!!

My husband and I are enjoying our new townhome in Aria Estates. We stopped by the model home in July and talked with Taylor. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and townhomes being built. She showed us a handful of townhomes, and we knew this is where we wanted to live. We chose the Rice plan and love it. The selections that Ashton Woods puts in their homes is very nice. The townhomes have easy accessibility to restaurants and shopping which is super nice when you dont want to have to fight traffic.

I bought my first home with Ashton Woods at Aria Estates and I can’t say more positive things about them and Taylor, the sales rep, in particular. The process was so fast and a lot easier than I anticipated. I love the home and everything it came with. 10/10 recommend!
