All aspects of the closing were handled through a title company who executed the sale very quickly and efficiently with communication throughout the process. American Land Legacy contacted me regarding property I was interested in selling. We agreed on conditions and price for each property. They sold the property in a very short time at the price agreed on. I travel often which made closing a little difficult. Skyway Title went beyond what most would do and arranged for a mobile notary to come to me to sign the papers. It was a pleasure doing business with Ashon Pai at American Land and with Melissa and Angie at Skyway Title. The funds were wired to my bank account when promised. I would definitely do business with them again should the opportunity arise.
