    Chris Griffin with America Homes and Ranches is one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He is very skilled in his profession, he is sincere, thoughtful and kind. I had been trying to sell my home on Saddlewood Blvd. in Saddlewood Estates in Kerrville, TX for some time with others, with no success. Then once their listing ran out, I switched to Chris and he helped me and promoted my house until it was sold. I was so happy and cant say enough nice things about Chris. I was already living at my other home over 2 hours away, and he went by on a very regular basis and made sure everything was tidy and reported after every showing! Chris even double checked that all lights were off and everything secure after other realtors showed my home. He also helped with arranging people to come in if anything needed to be done.
