I highly recommend Alycia if you are looking for a real estate agent, she always goes above and beyond. Not only did she assist us with the purchase of our first home but selling several years later. She always responds in a timely manner and is amazing at keeping you up to date in the buying/selling process. You will not be disappointed in choosing her with your real estate needs. She has also assisted our family/friends with the purchase of their homes.

If you want a realtor thats going to stick with you for the long haul (because lets be honest the market can be unpredictable sometimes) Alycia is the way to go. She worked and was patient with us over a span over two years while we made all the buyers adjustments required for us to purchase. Not only has she served my household family well, but shes even taken my mother on as a client, TWICE! Finding her her dream home, as well as making a profit of a piece of land. Alycia can truly do it all, and cares about her clients.She even saved my dog from drowning!!

I was nervous at first about purchasing a house! We have been in the Austin area and was tired of renting but buying just gave me anxiety. Once I met Alycia for the first time she made me feel so much better about everything. She was very confident, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Many people will write that Alycia is great or is very professional or has a slight obsession with tacos. She is all of that, but so much more. I have known Alycia for 3 years now and she is always striving to add value to her clients. Whether its doing last minute showings at the absolute last hour, negotiating contracts while on vacation, or handling the psychosis from the other side of the table Alycia will always have her clients best interest first. Although I spent 5 years as a realtor and I could have bought and sold my last house by myself, I chose to use Alycia because of the value she brings. The hours she took off my plate, the stress from negotiations, and the handling of tasks that are never fun, but necessary to buy and sell a house are only a small part of what she brings. Use her and be amazed by the value and experience she brings to you. And use her now because her demand is only growing and you will not want the opportunity to use her slip away.

Alycia is amazing. She was/is attentive and very engaged with us. She follows up with the builder on our behalf and has gone above and beyond. Weve had some issues come up with aspects of our build but she has been their every step of the way, walking us through the process and holding our hands through our first purchase.If you are buying (or building) your first home, Alycia should be your first choice. Shes fun, shes diligent, and shes a bada** to the nth degree. We are lucky to have been referred to her!

ALYCIA HOOPER … What can I say? Her name alone says it all. The meaning of her name ‘Alycia’ is ‘noble’. And what is a ‘noble’ person? One that is courageous, honest, kind, patient, charitable and above all else she displayed integrity and was always respectful.She was always on time, displayed fine personal qualities, had high moral principles and it showed in how she presented herself. She was always dressed appropriately, especially considering it was in the middle of summer and extremely HOT!She knew when to be serious and best of all she caught on to my very sarcastic nature and she went with it which made it fun to be able to joke around especially considering how stressful house hunting and/or buying can be.Yes, I admire Alycia and she deserves the utmost respect! Would I recommend her … ABSOLUTELY!!
