*Long post alert*First off I’ll say as a former Assistant/Property Manager from 2010 to 2015 the staff is top tier.I moved into my home on 11/06/2024 and I couldn’t be happier! Jade, in the leasing office, has been a God sent. Patient, professional , and kind is only a few descriptive words that I can say about her. I started my leasing process back in late July early August. Every question, and every concern that I had was addressed with the utmost professionalism.Now about my home. I absolutely love it! The move in process was a breeze. Jade went over the vendor and maintenance process so there wouldn’t be any problems when needing to address an issue. All I can say is that if you’re considering moving to Alterra at Sierra Vista, do it!!

I recently had the opportunity to rent a property through TBD Management, it was a good experience. The leasing process was user-friendly, and the website provided detailed information about the properties available, which made it easy to find one that suited my needs.The home itself was well-maintained and clean upon arrival, and it matched the description provided online, which was a relief. Communication with the was prompt and helpful; they answered all my questions before and during. Jade was a delight , very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Cookies with santa event was perfect for everyone.It kept our kids entertained and engaged while also fostering their creativity with the ornament painting. lots of fun activities for the little ones.everyone in the team are very kind and accomodating!Thank you for this fun event!

This is a beautiful property the floor plans are really nice with a lot of different options to choose from. The warm welcome by Jade made my visit even bette. I’m looking forward to moving in spring 2025

I recently leased at Alterra at Sierra Vista and I must say Christy Campbell is so amazingly AWESOME! She has made sure to stay on top of everything that occurred during the process of the application as well as once we moved it. She has the best attitude and is so informative so that you are aware of everything that’s going on every step of the way. Her professionalism and experience in her knowing her job has made this a great experience. Ms. Christy is the BEST!

TBD management is amazing what they have to offer to their employees and resident is incredible. The community here at Alterra is beautiful from the floorplans , finishes and amenities, yet great location it has a lot to offer.
