We are so glad that we chose Daryl and his team to sell our house. Before starting the whole process, we were extremely anxious about selling our house since the whole process seemed too complicated to us with a lot of uncertainties. However, Daryl always calmed us down with his in-depth local market experience, positive attitude and professionalism. He suggested us to do the whole process step by step without thinking about it too far. After performing market analysis, he came up with a price range that we were comfortable with and at the same it was exactly right according to the market sentiment. Next, he arranged for the photography and I would say the pictures and videos came out to be great. I have seen many house pictures on market and believe me, our house’s pictures definitely stand among the top. After the house went online, it attracted tremendous attentions and went under contract within few days. We worked with Bethany Tanner for our house purchase. Buying a house in the Austin are is very challenging given the hot market! She was referred to us by my brother in law (Spokane realtor) who researched realty agencies in the Austin area. Space is not enough to fully report the positive experience we had with her. Great personality, gracious, savvy/good acumen, area knowledge, and close communication. She had an excellent strategy for working with the seller so the deal would work without being too exorbitant. Not once did we feel we were not in good hands.Our family is so pleased that we were able to work with Bethany! Highly recommended.
