    I had a great experience with 10 Federal Storage. I had to talk to customer service. They were professional, the wait to talk to someone was not too long after you go through the prompts and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction during the one call.     I have 2 units rented at the location in Arlington TX. Never had an issue with management or unit vandalism. I just got my 2nd unit the day of and they had it available in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the quick availability. The only issue is, hard to reach onsite management during business hours. Have to leave a vm or email most of the time but always complies with the request promptly. Love the climate control units.

    Its very hard and can become overwhelming to contact someone by phone. But they are more quick to respond if you send an email regarding your concerns.Thank you Ammy, Customer Service Manager for your concerns and understanding regarding my issue.     Amy was so wonderful and polite answering all my 20 questions being patient with me with drop calls. She even continued to call me back numerous times even though I had a bad connection she text me to give me all the information I needed because of being locked out of my unit was able to get everything taken care of for me. I really appreciate her service. You guys have one wonderful person working for you thanks Amy for all that you do.

    I have always found the employees at 10 Federal Storage, my facility being the Avenue F facility in Arlington, Texas, to be quite friendly and very responsive to any questions or needs that I have had. I have always found the facility to be clean, the public restrooms are always clean, and I always feel safe when I visit my storage unit. - Barbara

    I love this place its a great location and the prices they have is also affordable and cheap for the size they have. I will highly recommend them giving them a try trust me you will see what I mean... PS dont forget to bring a dolly or rolling cart to carry your stuff in and also it is climate control as well

    Helped my sister move some stuff last Friday. Facility was very nice and clean and the guy on site was very nice and let us know if we needed anything just to ask! I will be looking at getting a unit there as well! Definitely recommend.

    5 stars is for when it was manned.It is rather uncomfortable going now.Why is there no longer an employee on the premises or carts for renters to use?

    I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilty. Then I met Coralee who has been absolutly fantastic in coordinating all of the paperwork. Their rates are highly competitive and access is easy despite all the road construction. 5 stars and highly recomended without a doubt.

    Impeccable service. I contracted their storage services at the last minute a couple of months ago, and Coralee Hillery was very kind, very informative and extremely accommodating. I wish all businesses provided the same exceptional level of customer service I experienced using Alpha Storage and especially working with Coralee as well as with Andre Venable. They really went out of their way to ensure I had a good experience patronizing this business and that my things were secure, even when I didnt adequately place the lock on my storage unit. Keep up the great work! You guys are amazing.

    Alpha Storage is a great place to store your belongings! The staff is super friendly (especially the property manager CoraLee, who is a sweetheart!) and helpful and the units are well lit and spacious. Ive already recommended them to those I know and I recommend them to anyone who who wants great service and for a great price!

    Seriously worth every penny. Climate controlled so all my pictures, paintings, electronic and electrical items are safe. I highly recommend this place. Also, staff members are polite and very helpful.

    Awesome storage units and the prices are unbeatable also miss Erinne who works at the front is so nice amd helpful!!! If you need a storage I would definitely recommend this place!!! Thank you for taking care of my things till I can get back on my feet again 🥰🥰Update:: So I have been at this storage almost a year, no problems at all till..... 10 federal self storage took over and for 3 weeks since they have taken over I have been up there 4 times called over and over and with no success o= reply to any of my voice-mails. Theres now a lock on my storage and I cant access it 🤦‍♀️ I am reaching out to a lawyer today. This is ridiculous. I feel like my belongings are being stolen and I cant get ahold of anyone 🤬

    I cant say Thank you enough to Jennifer Arun (@the Arlington Avenue F location) Thank you,, thank you, thank you! She came in on her day off when her whole company is closed on a Sunday mind you, in order to make sure I was able to be in my unit I reserved for the 29th(not knowing I needed in sooner) yet when I went up there Saturday to find out how to change etc. Poor Jennifer had to lmk they had no internet service it was down so hints why she came in on Sunday just so that I wasnt left with a lot more headaches than I already had and a full truck with nowhere to put my stuff etc Thank you again Jennifer or Jen I really do appreciate your above and beyond service! P.S. to her BOSSES She deserves a raise or a bonus Something , 🤷‍♀️just saying
