I called and explained my situation briefly, unfortunately the law firm did not have an attorney to help with my particular situation. I have called many attorneys and none of the offices I contacted previously really cared much to even listen to my situation. This office not only listened to my brief explanation, they kindly let me know that they did not have the appropriate attorney to help me. I proceeded to call other numbers I had written down and within 2 minutes this office called me back to give me a referral for someone that might be able to help in my situation. At times like these it can be very frustrating when you are not able to find help. Kelly, the office representative that called me back was not only ready with a referral, she was the breath of fresh air that I so desperately needed. She even ended our conversation words of encouragement. I believe this office went above and beyond what is required of them in every way possible. I normally do not post reviews, however in this instance I am putting this out because their service and dedication it is rarely seen these days. Zach and his team ( Mathew and Sandra ) assisted in helping my 100 year old aunt with her legal request. If you have never had the honor of being around someone that is a 100 yo plus individual I can tell you they are very very demanding. This team went out of their way to make my aunts needs seem like a walk in the park. My aunt uses a walker to get around and its difficult for her to get out in public. This team, via Email and phone, made numerous changes to her documents just about everyday for a week. To keep her safe and comfortable in her home to offered to come to her home for the signing process. Even 15 minutes before they were to leave the office they were able to make several more changes to her document before they left for the meeting. Never once did we hear the words sorry we cant or its too late.It is for these reasons my aunt and I highly recommend this firm to handle your legal needs.TR
