Melanie Bragg helped us by doing it all!Melanie and her team made sure we had all the right docs, drew them up, and completed the process quickly so we could sign and be done. We spent months trying to figure it out on our own and Melanie had it done within a week! I had recently needed a lawyer to help me start a small business and open up and LLC. Doing a quick search I found Melanie was one of the better people from other reviews and also noticed she was fairly close to me. After getting my LLC started I also began going thru a divorce and needed a lawyer for that as well...thankfully Melanie was already someone I trusted and decided to ask for her services for that as well.I heard so many horror stories regarding divorces and braced myself for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience provided by Melanie. She walked me thru all the tough processes. She was quick and kept me informed on my exs lawyers requests and setup the mediation extremely fast. I was very nervous going into the mediation, but Melanie was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. The mediation was quick (just a morning) and a few months later the divorce was finalized. I cant imagine it going any smoother.

I live in another state, and was at a loss when a complicated family probate situation (possibly involving defamation of character) arose in Texas. I needed to find an attorney very quickly to represent me in Houston, and found Melanie through this site. I was impressed by her experience and her client reviews, and contacted her. She responded the very same day, and laid out very clearly what she thought my options were. We agreed to a one-hour consultation, and I hired her immediately after that to help me.My positive initial reaction to Melanie was strongly reinforced the longer I worked with her. My wife and I used Melanie to set up our Will. She was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and patient with our many questions regarding the Will/Probate process. The entire process was done easily via email/quick calls and finalized in person at her office. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure we knew exactly what we were selecting and signing. We are in our mid-thirties, travel often for work and have a small child, so I knew putting a will in place was important. However, after meeting with Melanie and learning about the probate process without a will, I am even more thankful she helped us get a will in place. Melanie was referred to me by a close friend that knew of her expertise with family law. Due to the critical deadline from opposing counsel, Melanie made time in her schedule to have the initial consultation with me. From the moment I met Melanie, I knew that she would be the right attorney to help me resolve my case with my ex-husband. Melanie and her paralegal worked very diligently on my case for 6 months and communicated information efficiently. When opposing counsel dropped the ball many times, Melanie pressed opposing counsel to get answers on next steps in my case.
