They helped my family retrieve our cash payment for a land property that was wired to a fraudulent account by our respective title company who did not do their due diligence. This was my first time having to retain a lawyer. I thought I was buying a house and property. Not realizing the other party never intended on giving me the title or deed. I came to Guerra Days office for a consult and had this weight lifted when they said I had a good case on my side. They were straight upfront about the fees. There was no surprise, no hidden cost. I knew everything up front they were willing to work with me.And if it wasnt for Rick Guerra, I would not have my house or property today.He does not give up. He is a fighter, and hes honest. And you know, its really hard to find that nowadays. I just had someone take advantage of me, I paid way over what I owed on the house and property. There wasnt much trust left. It took some time to settle the caseDue to the other party not being willing to work it out, Rick didnt give up. It doesnt matter what anyone says. Nobodys perfect, but to have an attorney. We hired Eric Days for a complicated eviction and we’re successful. We tried three other eviction services with no success. This squatter played every trick in the book until Eric was hired. Guerra Days was the first law firm I have ever used and plan to use going forward for all my legal matters.My case involved a very sensitive family property dispute which made me hesitant to obtain a lawyer in the first place as I ran the risk of making the legal family matter worse.After making the decision to obtain a lawyer, I quickly found Guerra Days online and gave them a call. In a little over a week both Rick and his paralegal Angella were working on my case.Rick is a force to be reckoned with which worried me at first as I didnt want my family matters to escalate due to this. I highly recommend G|D law group. Specially Rick who is very professional and knows exactly what his job is. I had a very difficult case with my property and a quiet deed and Rick fought for my case until we had a win. I had bought a house in 2002 from a so called friend of my mom we had the warranty deed under my name. Me trusting her because she was moms friend I didn’t take the warranty deed to the court so one day she decided to resale it to a company and that company sold it to another company and things just got messy. I needed a Lawyer a good lawyer one that was not going to let me and my 4 daughters stay homeless. To anyone experiencing an insurance payout for damage to their home, you should have a legal record of all correspondence with your mortgage company. Some mortgage companies try not to follow the law. I wont cover their possible motives in this review, just know they have them and they are not in your favor. We hired Eric Days with Guerra Days Law Group. He did an outstanding job for us. He stopped the delay and stall tactics of our mortgage company. We could not of accomplished what we did without him.
