If there were 6 Stars, I would be giving Roger G Jain and the Cracker Jack Team of Lawyers and Associates the top ranking....This is the second year that I have utilized the services of Roger G Jain to protest my property taxes. And both times they exceeded expectation and really went to bat, going toe-to-toe with my TX County Appraisal District. Get this, they got them to reduce my Property Tax Appraised Value by $121,400! The county tried three times, with minimal appraised value reductions, and the Roger G Jain Team kept giving them more evidence and debating the position, and really stood their ground for me!And to boot, they really are a nice group of folks to work with and over the months of providing more information and working on this, they kept it light, positive and good friendly banter.I have a feeling I will see Roger G Jain and Team again in the not too distant future, to again wrangle with my Appraisal District.....

I hired Roger Jain four years ago to help me with Contractors and their workmanship. Initially it was thought the matter would be rather short and resolved in a timely matter. It turned out that after a thorough investigation by Roger Jain and his firm that the damages were in the millions. Roger and his team did their best to resolve the dispute without going to trial but to no avail. Roger was an excellent trial lawyer and his team was well prepared! I hope to not ever to go through another legal issue but if I do I will definitely call Roger Jain!

The rates were a little more pricier than the typical high costs of an attorney but was worth the cost since his fees were shadowed by the additional amount he was able to save. I was ready for the court date with typical items that one would consider but Thomas evaluated the case and made the results much, much more fair to me than they would have been. I appreciate the detail and fast email response. Also, Thomas and his colleagues explained all the phases and steps of the case so I wouldnt misunderstand what was next. Our company was represented by Roger G. Jain & Associates, and our attorney was Coleman Tucker. We are still amazed at the level of professionalism that Mr. Tucker exhibited. He came in and handled our case (for prosecution) and by the time he was done the opposing side tucked tail and ran. Needless to say our case settled out of court which saved us a ton of time and money. Some attorneys I have worked with in the past will claim to be a lion vs a gazelle, and have disappointed me. Since I am an employee of University of Texas, Health Science in Houston, I was referred by CLC Incorporated to Mr. Roger on Oct. 1st, 2019. By the time of receiving my compensation from GEICO insurance company on April 21, 2020, the total time we worked together was 6 months and 21 days.I am not happy with the final settlement of my car accident. Sept. 1st, 2019, when I was totally following the traffic rules, I was hit badly by a hectic driver, speedy, running through a red light and he got a ticket. GEICO was very unprofessional and lack of work ethic, which made me to reach out for legal help. I felt Mr. Roger’s office did not work with full efforts to get my compensation. There was a long gap, during which I felt I was ignored. I paid three times of retaining fee, (total of $2549.60), but I only got one invoice. I finally decided to accept the 50% compensation for the reasons of: 1) in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of people are unfortunately hit and fighting for their lives. As a health care professional, I need to focus on my daily work. 2) I do not want to pay additional $2500 for further legal fight. My total loss is already more than $10,000.For every one who is reading this review, please listen to me DO NOT USE GEICO as your insurance company.After I posted my review on April 21st, 2020. I got a call from Mr. Roger Jain. He corrected me on my complains and listed all efforts himself and his office did on my car accident settlement. Late, Christopher emailed me all the invoice. It turned out most of the invoices and one of the most important emails had been dropped into Junk mail box. I feel bad and sorry about that. My impression of a long gap without communication was caused by the missed emails. I have to mention, after Christopher took over my case, things started getting better. Christopher called me after sending the email to make sure I received it. I apologized to Mr. Jain about the previous review I wrote that definitely was misleading to the readers.
